If, by some miracle, both teams do not score in this game, then it is almost certain that one of them will score twice. 1-0 ir 0-1 result just seems impossible.

France and Belgium have shown that they have a lot of threat on the attack. The game should be much more open than another semi-final. And there should definitely be at least a couple of goals. 

When it comes to attacking threat, these are the best teams in the tournament. It would be not to expect at least one goal from each side.

Belgium has Lukaku who has not scored for a while, so he will be eager to get on the scoreline again. Meanwhile, France has Griezmann and Mbappe. It would be safe to assume that at least one of them will make their mark.

Everyone will say that Croatia were rather lucky, beating their opposition after a penalty shootout in two straight games. And they are going to be tired. However, the main concern for them was players missing the semis due to yellow card accumulation. However, none of them will have this problem.

English, meanwhile, had perhaps the easiest route to the top four of the tournament. Croatia will no doubt be the toughest opponent yet. 

Croatia is my pick to win the whole thing. I expect them to struggle but come out on top after the whistle.

I am sticking with Belgium for this semi-final. From what I have seen in the tournament, they have a better lineup compared to France. Sure. Meunier will not be playing, but that should not be a big problem. Belgium has managed to beat Brazil, whereas France struggled against Uruguay who were playing without their star striker. 

I am only betting on Belgium because they were more convincing and had a tougher road to get among the top four.

A lot of people will likely expect a defensive showing. However, from what I have seen in the tournament so far, there is a lot of potential that this game will open at an early stage. Croatia tends to start every game fast and surprise their opponents. Russia might have problems against the explosive power of Croatia's players in the final third.

That is not to say that Russia is toothless on the attacking front. They also have what it takes to score at least one goal. Home advantage, a bit crowd behind them, and so forth.

Expect at least 3 goals this game. 

Russia has shown that they have what it takes to reach the top eight. Their opponents might have been a bit lackluster thus far, but Russians will be playing at home, with the whole country behind them. 

Croatia, with the likes of Perisic and Mandzukic, should be a threat up front no matter what kind of a defense they are up against. This is a golden generation of Croatia. They should go through, though it is very likely that they will concede at least one goal. 

Despite the fact that the odds seem to be more in favor of only one team scoring (England most likely), Sweden has shown that they have some quality up front. They did waste their chances against Switzerland, but it is unlikely to happen to games in a row, especially when a semi is on the line.

England is always a threat when it comes to attacks. Harry Kane has been in great form. Also, there is a high possibility of a penalty or an early goal, which could set the mood for the remainder of the match. 

Despite playing against the hosts, I expect Croatia to win this game. First of all, Russia did not have a game where they showed that they have enough quality. The last game against Spain ended in a way not because Russia played good, but rather because Spain was extremely disappointing. 

Croatia has a lot of depth and their midfield should dominate this game. Modric and Rakitic are just too good. And the likes of Perisic and Mandzukic are always a threat up front. 

The tournament is difficult to predict. However, when it comes to these two teams, one can hardly expect for anything but a positive result for England. 

They had an extremely tough game against Colombia, and will likely feel a bit more tired. Nevertheless, if you were to compare the overall quality of both teams, English are much better. 

I do not expect a very exciting game, but this England side should reach semi-finals. 

Odds are pretty decent for this particular bet. Both teams like to play attacking football, and have scored in all their previous games.

It would be pointless to name all the players for both sides that are a threat on the final third. It would be kind of stupid to expect for the ball to stay in the middle of a pitch for too long. Not to mention the fact that Neymar and Lukaku will be aiming for that golden boot.

So I am going against what a lot of people are predicting regarding this match. Brazil is a favorite. However, following this whole competition, I am still not convinced that they are playing the best football in Russia. 

Belgium struggled against Japan, but, in my opinion, they have a much better starting eleven. Brazil's defenders will be tested this game like they haven't been before. Lack of experience for Belgium might be a problem for Belgium, but they should still come out on top.

Again, both teams have a lot of attacking potential. It would appear that we will see more defensive displays in the final stages of the tournament. However, I still hope to see attacking football in this game. Both countries have threat on the final third of the pitch.

It will by no means be anywhere close to the levels of Argentina - France, but at least a couple of goals are imminent. 

I think both teams should manage to score at least once this game. Uruguay has Cavani and Suarez who are always a big threat up front. And as far as France attacking potential goes, there is hardly any need to mention that.

It is the quarterfinals, but I still expect to see goals this game. France has shown that they do not like to play too defensively. 

Uruguay have shown a lot of potential in their game against Portugal. However, France is a team of an entirely different caliber. They have been playing better with every game, and have a much better defense than previous opponents of Uruguay.

Mbappe is on a roll these days. He should score again. This might not be the easiest game for France, but they should be able to overcome their opponents.

One could hardly expect this English side to lose the game. First of all, they had rested their key players in the last game against Belgium in the group stage. Secondly, this generation of players has shown a great potential.

As for Colombia, they will likely feel more tired. Finally. James Rodriguez is a doubt after his recent struggle with an injury.

England showed that they have a lot of attacking potential. However, it was against rather weak teams in a group stage. So while they have plenty of strong players up front, we have yet to see their defense putting a lot of effort.

Colombia should be able to get at least one goal this game. The odds are pretty decent. I would say this is one of the easier bets to make. 

Despite the fact that Sweden managed to top their group, it was mostly due to luck and bad performance by Germany. 

Switzerland has much more experience than Sweden, so they should be able to pull through this game and reach the quarter-finals.

It will be a tough game for both sides, but the ultimate victor has to be this Swiss side. 

This is one of the more difficult games to predict. First of all, nobody expected Sweden to reach the knockout stage. They had a comfortable victory against Mexico, which is arguably stronger than Switzerland.

On the other hand, Switzerland had pretty positive results throughout the group stage. They have managed a draw against Brazil.

There should be at least a couple of goals. And the odds are decent enough to try. 

Japan is a really good opponent for Belgium. This Belgium team has a lot of attacking potential, so I see them scoring at least a couple of goals. I also believe that there is a big chance for Japan to get one goal too. 

It would seem like there should be more than a couple of goals this game. Brazil likes to attack, whereas Mexico excels at a counter-attacking style.
